The 25% chance to ankle break your opponent isn't a bad opinion. However, having both 25% chance to make opponent miss and 25% to ankle break an opponent like chrollo sounds a Lil too op, and it sounds way too similar like 777 but more unique effects.
Removing either 25% chance to make opponent miss and adding your suggestion or removing your suggestion 25% chance to ankle break someone should make it balanced enough.
