The name for him would be Tyrant. 1. He could have an off the ball ability called Psychic Stun, where he can stop the person with ball in their tracks. If the person with the ball is mid shot, it makes him drop the ball and stuns him for 1 second. If he's running with it, it stuns him for 3 seconds and he cant shoot or pass. However, there is a range, and if used to far will stun yourself. 2. His second move would be called Laser. where he jumps and launches a super quick and precise shot into the basket, however as he jumps, defenders can block him if they time their jumps right 3. His awakening would be called Ruler. Psychic stun will be replaced with Tyrannical stun which can only be used within the 3 point line, and makes every enemy player around the rim to get stunned for either a dunking or 3 pointer opportunity which will both have cutscenes. Cutscene 1. (if they're at the 3 point line) Shows the enemy players stunned glowing a slight purple, and you dribbling the ball. The ball is causing shockwaves right before you shoot. Cutscene 2. ( If used near the rim) You.re running towards the hoop, the ball causing shockwaves as you dribble which causes players around you to get stunned and you go for a slam dunk. 3a. Laser changes to Pulse Pass. Gives the receiver a speed boost for 2 seconds with the chance to knock down other players if ran into. 4. When Awakening is used, a voice line "The court is mine. Submit! will be said. 5. Awakening has a passive ability that changes ankle breakers into the other player freezing in place full of fear, making their screen shake for a slightly longer duration as if you would get ankle broken. If a player is blocked during the awakening, it knocks them down while also making their screen shake in fear.
