This is my fix for the Uncle Sam style because at the moment the style feels really underpowered for how rare it is.
C Move
Remove the star shot ability and replace it with a dribble move called Dribble of freedom. Similar to Chrollo's creators dribble's second part where it shoots if the player is in the two point zone, make it so that if the player is in the range for Eagle Drive it triggers Eagle Drive. A change I would like to see in Eagle Drive is that instead of dunking when the player is on the eagle it throws the ball instead of dunking it in, this will give players a chance to block it with moves such as Emperor's Reach or just the blocking mechanic in general, this would add some counterplay. This change would allow for players using the Uncle Sam style to have some movement and also a close range move which still encourages actually shooting normally for getting 3 points.
V Move
On the ball
When the player is on the ball, cannon pass should be the same.
Off the ball
When the player is off the ball, there should be a move called Eagle's Intercept, in this move when Uncle Sam is in the range of a pass he flies in on his eagle and steals the ball, passing it to a random teamate. However, this move has a 50% success rate.
This style stays true to the patriotic theme of the style while keeping the style unique and adding counterplay.
