Tatlis honestly deserves to be buffed and able to use snap off ball again, for being a current style hes very weak especially if you compare him to chrollo, first off the range on snap is weak and really poor, its like basically a centimetre around him, secondly tatlis is supposed to be a defensive style so why cant snap be used off ball.
Meanwhile chrollo's dribble stuns the player and you can't do anything about it, it also hss the longest range known to man. Oh and GREEN! Is still as op as it was on release date, if you ask me the nerfs and buffs seem really biased rn
