There's basically no counter to either of the styles. Tatlis has a basically riskless guaranteed steal on top of about 4 stuns (which are guaranteed), and chrollo has a single move that sends him literally halfway down the court. On the basis of tatlis, if you have to learn techs to get anything done while his awakening is active, the style just isn't balanced. End of story. On the basis of chrollo, if your only counter is not letting him get the ball, it's not a balanced style. Once again, end of story.
