That's not true. Teachers have a specific job. That's to prepare students for standardized exams. A lot of "stupid" students can brute force study with proper studying techniques to do well on exams. Tatlis is still strong in the meta but with the release of new styles and balancing of other styles I believe they bridged the gap between him and others well. Chrollo they went too hard on and are now putting him back to 3rd or 4th best with the reversing of taking away green from base kit. Imo this is a good rebalance

I mean copycat is as strong if not stronger than tatlis in 3s now so id say that's a good start in the overall balance of the game
