#Shot meter in this game

ive done played lots of basketball games, 2k's even, and this game really needs the shot meter to make it somehow interesting to someone who already got limited styles, zones, and that would make sense for the green ball trail and goal scoring effects.

Well, this is a BIG, really big change to the gameplay, so, i guess, we gotta start from making additional servers with this feature enabled, so players could test the feature.

So, we will be offered a new mechanic called "Shot meter window" that can be disabled (visually only, you'll still have to time the shot), the timing to release will be dependent on style your using, and zones may boost the green window to make your shot go in all the time. Also, there may be shot info gui, that will tell you about you hitting the green before the shot goes in.

Here's clip from 2k25, showing how it will work in the game. Hope yall will upvote this, because as a player who started on release, i have nothing to do in this game that could not make me bored after 5 minutes in.

Theres a difference between basketball legends and basketball zero. You have to remember that. Having someone screen you and also block your view to mess your shots up is already horrible, especially when it's you against the server situation where you're the only player on your team. Another thing is that this is a battlefield like ROBLOX sports game. Putting realistic things such as a shooting meter when theres Midorima with a half court move doesn't really make sense.

this the thing that bugs me out the most 3 pointers are so easy to pull off, even when i drift my mouse to the left or right it just re centers to the hoop, atleast give us the freedom of aiming freely
