The style's base is great, but the awakening feels weak for an unbeatable shooter.
Compare Sniper awk to Star's awk. Star has many moves that replace his base, while sniper only has one added move. (He should get something that makes him on the same level. Kagami isnt even part of the GoM and hes better as a style.)
Full Court is really good but for his other moves, he should get a speed buff while shooting on his Perfect Arc.
