LUFFY CONCEPT

1ST MOVE:GUM GRAB:30% chance to grab the ball out of a player's hand from a range(just like jackpot)

2nd move:Gumo dunk:allows the player to dunk from a longer distance but has a 40% to miss

AWK (gear 2) "You'll now... No longer be able to keep up with me"

1st move (jet teleport) allows the user to teleport infront of a player.

2nd move (jet defense) allows the user to spring jump in the air to block a shot.

3rd move (jet blitz) allows the user to dash teleport (once)

Cut scene(in the last 2 seconds if the ball is in the users hand he can stretch his arm to score)

You should make the dunk like chroll o the further you are the lower the % also don’t make all the moves of the alt that he can teleport and jump add more of his devil fruit into it
