His first ability would be Democracy Dribble where it would show the person that's ankles broke, signing the decloration of independance as Sam dribbles by
Second ability, Liberty shot. Would work similarly to snipers shooting move but it cannot be blocked because that would be "unpatriotic"
ULT MOVESET
Keeps Democracy Dribble, and replaces Liberty Shot with 2 new moves. Along with playing the star spangled banner in the background for his song
First ULT, Star-Spangled Slam, would show all the opponents being blocked by various famous US presidents such as Abe Lincoln, Washington, Jefferson, FDR, etc. Along with uncle sam singing the end of the star spangled banner as they jump up for the dunk.
Second ULT, Lincoln’s Law, shows a close up of one of Abe Lincolns most famous lines, "A house divided against itself, cannot stand" which this cutscene takes it literally. It shows the close up of the shooter, their body being "the house", and each of their legs being a different political party, Republican vs Democrat, red vs blue, etc. And it shows the two parties fighting, effectively making the shooter unable to stand and have uncle sam steal possession from the block.
