Because there is quite literally no counterplay to this move. It lasts for 7.5 seconds and since it completely removes my ability to pass, you can just double up on me. You completely remove my ability to finish a play which is just a guaranteed steal. Reach is by far the most unfun and broken move in this game since it has such a strong reward while completely striping the enemy of any control they had. They don't even know when it is used!
