I want to start my text by expressing my deep sadness that you do not have a dedicated server for South America or a decent connection bridge that allows players from South America to play with people from other parts of the world without us being brutally abused in the match due to the glaring difference in MS.
The difference is quite simple to see: while people who play in North America have a MS of 20 or less, those of us who play in South America have a MS of 200 or higher. It is clear that ranked queues are completely unfair, you can even be knocked out of the game because of this, which makes it unplayable.
I would like that with my text, I could touch your hearts so that you create a dedicated server for South America, where we can play with people around the world without us being harmed or them being harmed, keeping the game fair and fun for everyone.
