It's supposed to be a homage of sorts to the 'Generation of Miracles', where they were called 'Miracles' for being the strongest high schoolers in Japan. This is the same effect, where styles under the Miracle tier are the strongest in the game. Ace and the others are not the strongest in the game, so they should not move to Miracle.
