Simple Understanding,
As Mythics are rn, they're already solid and way better than other styles. Having them as a higher rarity means either you buff them more to fit the new rarity or mythics will be underpowered than they are.

I'll break it down so it's simpler for you to understand,

If the Current Mythics are bumped up to Miracle with how they are right now, they'd be the same standards of a mythic. Which isn't suitable for a new, higher rarity. So in that case they'd need to be revamped/buffed to make up for that rarity bump. Now, if that's done ; Mythics are now underpowered than those styles and so are the lower rarities. Given almost everyone has some sort of GOM style, it'd break the game.

Ace was strong, it's only problem being it not upto current Mythic standards. It being "buffed" won't be something like just having a off the ball move like the others. For a miracles rarity it'd have something that makes it stand out of all the rarities
