Definitely not, there are times I play in asian servers and we still have high ping. Mind you, NA servers also exist. For a fact, NA servers are most probable in match making. I play duos, and I also frequently play in Asia servers, but we still manage to get bad ping whilst the other team has good ping. I suggest you try playing more so you could experience the said issue, thank you!
