I described it earlier but basically I don't ever use it when a person still has dribbles

As soon as I see the third dribble come out, I press the steal

The incredibly long windup means I can usually get away with that, or at least avoid getting ankle-broken

If I'm up against Ace or Flash I wait until they use their move

Steal also goes through pump and nabs shots in their startup occasionally

I've got a success rate of about 20, 30% with it

Against competent players

And I think that's fine
