My frontend is not updating after multiple deployments. The backend updates fine (version 3.1.0) but the frontend still serves the old JavaScript file (main.342901c4.js) instead of the new one (main.06ee97ff.js). I've deployed 6+ times and nothing changes. Please purge the CDN cache and check why the deployment pipeline isn't replacing the frontend files.

There may some instances where our email support team can experience long then normal response times for a reply to your support email request. In some cases it can take long then 24/48 hours or more depending on the backlog of emails that they receive.
