#Emergent wont let me Fork my Moltbot Chats? And now it doesnt do anything...please help!

BUT...when I hit Fork I get this message "This job cannot be forked. Forking is not yet available for this type of job. We're actively working on it"...

So what are people doing to move past this? My chats are basically stopped at this point...

Suggestion for the team, it should be listed like a deployed app, worst case we could restart it from there, i am currently dead in the water, cant use my moltbot

did you set up telegram and whatsapp? you should still be able to use it

i created 2 swarms (6-8 agents each) got them to post to a trello board - but its sporadic at best, i was in the process of defining their roles a bit more

well hopefully they can sort this out soon, i like there implmentation of it, i am going through installs locally on sapre hardware, its a grind to setup

i wanted to see if i could dump the config and make changes ie llm api's keys but the rest the same to a new installation

Moltbot isn't a project; it is a one-click setup. After it has been set up, you don't need to chat with Emergent's agent for anything; you need to directly work with MoltBot. You can immediately deploy after setup and start using it. That is why forking isn't allowed in it.

I recently experienced a critical incident in which an agent forked my session and altered the database within a live production environment. This immediately impacted our clients and exposed us to potential regulatory penalties due to the nature of our business.

Although the database has since been restored, we have discovered that multiple features are still non-functional. Our team has spent considerable time attempting to remediate issues caused by your internal deployment process, exhausting a significant amount of credits in the process.

We are requesting a refund of up to 500 credits so we can complete the repairs internally and stabilize the platform for our clients.

Please advise who within your organization handles escalation and resolution of matters of this severity, as this situation requires immediate attention.

This has been extremely disruptive and we would appreciate a prompt response.
