#Urgent Request for MongoDB Backup Restoration

Hello,
I am contacting you because, after performing some implementations and deploying updates to my motorcycle rental management system built on the Emergent platform, a serious issue occurred: several essential data records have disappeared, including client time logs, payments, motorcycles, and rental information.
Some data is still present, but a significant portion is missing after the deployment.
One of your support agents informed me that the system cannot automatically revert the changes and advised me to request the MongoDB backup from 11/11/2024 (although the correct date may actually be 11/11/2025, based on internal checks).
I do not have any technical knowledge to perform database procedures myself, so I urgently need the support team to restore the backup as soon as possible. This issue is directly affecting the operation of my business.
I kindly ask for:
A full restoration of the database from the mentioned backup date;
Confirmation of the availability of this backup;
Any additional instructions if action is required on my side.

Hi

There was a temporary issue with nre deployments and redeployments. It has been fixed now. Please deploy again, it should work. If deployment is stuck - please fork and then deploy from there - it will work. It may still take more time than usual, but it will be successful.

Eu preciso de uma ajuda de TI que acesse o projeto e corrija isso !! Eu ja tentei tudo oque pude e não resolveu, o lixo do suporte por email nao resolve nada fica dando respostas genéricas nao para meu caso a Variavel do MONGO_URL ou foi subscrita ou foi apagada alguma porcaria esse agente fez , nao adianta fazer roll back nada , porque meus dados nao voltam, parece que ele direcionou outro banco de dados um banco vazia o meu sumiu, nao acho qual que estava em produção, nao esta no github , a que esta no projeto nao e a que estava antes e ninguem resolve nada
