Hello,

I am currently using your service and have purchased a subscription for additional credits.
I am encountering an issue with the agent regarding a specific request related to managing user accounts through an admin panel.

I wanted to add the functionality to "deactivate a user account" and later reactivate it.
However, these buttons are not working.
The agent indicates that everything is functional, but the button does not actually perform any action despite multiple attempts. The button is clickable, but nothing happens.

Additionally, I experienced a significant loss of credits during this process.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi,

Thank you for letting us know your concern. Before we move forward, kindly share me your job id. You can do this by navigating back to the task or job you're working on. Once you've selected the relevant job, tap the three dots on the right-hand side. From there, select the information (“i”) button, and scroll up to locate the Job ID. For your convenience, you may also refer to the step-by-step visual guides here:

I continued developing my project and noticed the same issue where the delete buttons don't work, but the agent registers them as such.

Since my last message, I haven't pursued this problem further.

I would like to clarify that the current JOB ID link comes from the ongoing discussion, and that it may change in the coming hours. I will provide you with the new ID at each new stage of progress.

After some thought and consideration, I believe my problem stems from the fact that the software is currently hosted locally. I plan to host it on your platforms.
Following some feature development, I've noticed that certain functions, such as password reset link generation, require full hosting.

Hello.

I'm contacting you again because, following new feature requests, such as deactivating or reactivating a user account in my application, the status remains unchanged, as does the deletion system.
The agent considers everything to be working, while on our end, this is not the case.

I've lost approximately 60 credits since the beginning trying to resolve this error.
Here is the new current job ID: 9a6395ae-3d73-4916-a0ad-8a59b02e94b7
