I'm currently experiencing a critical outage with my production application. Both my live site and my deployment services are completely unreachable.
Could you please provide a status update on the platform's stability? Is this a known issue, and is there an estimated time for resolution (ETR)?

Support system is pretty bad here, we need more staff, there’s no way this many users are experiencing issues and no one has come out to say anything.

Right there with you. My app is down and deployments are stuck too. It's not one of the agent's 'classic hits' this time, looks like the whole stage collapsed! 😂 Hoping support gets the lights back on soon.

Yep, seeing the same thing. My deployment is live, but the app itself is crawling. I'm starting to look into self-hosting to see if that would give it more stability.

That's a huge clue. If you're self-hosting and it's still slow, that proves the problem isn't the Emergent servers. It's a bug in the application code itself that's slowing everyone down., I wonder!

Your self hosted site won't load? Or you can't redeploy to your self hosted site? And how are you deploying it?
Also is anyone having issues with the development issue of their site? I was having my production deployed site down, but now it's working, but preview development site isn't working

Yes there was definitely an issue with deployed sites. and they must be adding servers to fix it because they now have a post across entire site saying 25th will be updating entire infrastructre. But is anyone having issues with their development site not loading too?
