Welp I've abandoned a fork and started again from the previous fork which is horrible news for my credits. Tons of wasted credits because it was perpetualy stuck on the testing agent after rolling back to a test. no matter what I did, it was stuck. It still is days later and ive tried everything. Ive progressed passed that point now and am further than I was before, just costed me those credits down the drain and truthfully, this isn't the first time something like this happened...last time gpt5 was removed by emergent due to lack in performance while I was using it, causing every prompt to degrade my project which costed me many many credits along with time fixing what I lost eventually leading to a long rollback and more work and headaches. So far id say in 2 months ive spent atleast 2k...honestly id like a credit reimbursement at this point, because its been way more costly than i ever imagined partially due to emergent actions or bugs. After this project i don't plan on using emergent again due to cost, unless i can get some kind of reimbursement. anyways, the current issue is now im trying to fork again because its getting costly on credits and it refuses to fork. Any project/previous fork will not fork. Im assuming just wait a while?

Hi Renaud, the issue has resolved now. Could you please fork the session again and let me know if you still have any issue?

Hellooo?

Ever ran a VM on AWS and got shocked by the overspend? Did you ever get any money back?

This is a product that uses a consumption based model. Like fuel in your car. Once you have used it, you cannot really go back and ask for your money back.

You can bring issues to the table and allow people to support you in resolving them; but again on the non-paid plans, emergent support are not directly available.. hence this community-support channel.

If there are more issues, please do share and we will all happily help one another.

yes but when it's caused by emergent actions, that's another thing. them temporarily removing gpt5 while i was using it, causing it to remove all the data i worked on up until that point with data from one prompt and then continuing from there without any knowledge until the model said "hey, i deleted all your stuff by mistake and replaced it with one simple line of code, sorry" i would call that, their fault. not just working with the product. it causing errors and having to manage those errors and fix mistakes is one thing, but loosing my entire project and having to start from scratch because they removed something i was using to build is a whole nother thing. and that was just the first time. the second time it got permanently stuck on a testing agent and i had to start back at the previous fork. so between both, that costed me the credits worth of my entire project the first time, which i had to rebuild, and then the credits from an entire forks worth the second time. those aren't dealing with running around with errors and fixing mistakes. those feel like being robbed. they were 1, an action emergent did which caused the loss of my entire project and a butt load of credits, and 2, a bug with emergent (not code writing) which cost a forks worth of credits.
