#Publishing mobile apps to Play Store / App Store

yes, you should let Emergent know you will be submitting your app for Play STore/ App Store. It also good to upload the rules and requirements for submitting an app. You can find these documents online from each app store. Emergent can help you build the app and submission. It is good to give Emergent this information early on, so it can build your app with this information in mind. I would build either Apple or Android as separate apps as they will have slightly different code. You can build concurrently, but build them separate.
Hi @white lichen ,
Yes the mobile apps can be published to app stores, however, right now we don't support this and neither can we build an apk/ipa for you. We are working on the feature and it'll be available in about 3 weeks but if you can't wait, then you can push your code to github and clone that repo in you computer and build them into APK/IPA files yourself. We use expo for building mobile apps, you can look for tutorials online on youtube on how to get expo apps published.
And will this APK file creation feature cost credits?
@warm pecan is this feature still to be released?
Is this feature is released?
@bright swan i don't think so
Hmm I am creating mobile application right now so I have option for deploying. So if this feature is not released if I diploy the application what will happen?
@bright swan right now they are allowing the mobile apps through expo
once you deploy the app, you will get a qr code and once you scan that code the app will open
I am building a vegetable billing application and that application is not opening on expo go it is only opening on the web link and also wherever I am doing the command work on that screen. The application is working fine on that screen but when I scan the code and open in expo it is not opening
@stable sinew app deployment is still on expo go only.
