I’ve just deployed a build, but I can’t log in to the deployed version even though I’m using the correct username and password. I urgently need your help to check the login information in the database of the deployed version.

Hey
Please allow us a moment to check this for you. Will you please share the jib ID with us from which you deployed?

Previously, I had deployed and used it normally in another chat instance. However, when I forked and redeployed it, I couldn’t log in to the linked domain using my account credentials.

Thank you for reaching out. When you fork and redeploy a project, sometimes certain environment variables, authentication configurations, or database links don't carry over as expected. Please give us some time to check on our end, we’ll get back to you.

I just tested the login using the given admin Gmail and password that were previously provided, and it seems to be working fine on my end. Could you please confirm which Gmail ID and password you're using to log in?

Same here, just found out the link from the deployment tab links to the old version url of a previous deployment. Ask the ai to give you the full recent url like f34567-xxxx.preview.emergent.com and use this url and it worked fir me

Hi Hữu Long, please note that the preview serves as your development environment, and the databases should differ from those in the deployment environment; therefore, your ID and password will not function in the deployed application. If this does not resolve your issue, please let me know.

I had previously deployed this version in another chat, and it was supported by Emergent to edit the data on that deployment, and I was using it normally. However, when I replaced the deployment, the login information is no longer correct. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible because it is affecting my client's work

Hi Huu
sorry that you are facing this issue.

I can make changes so that your new deployment point to the previous deployed app database. So that old credentials will start working.

One question: Have you got users on your new deployment? If yes, then simply pointing to the old database will not fix the issue.

I don't understand? Do you mean the old login password account information?

I am asking:
After your new deployment, have you got new users on the new deployed app ?

viral ibex
#

No

#

Because my user logged in with the wrong password, he could not access it.

I hope Emergent can update soon so that I can fix the database for the deployment version.

Hi Huu
We do not have the login information with us. We just have pointed to the corect database and should solve your issues.
Can you share some credentials which we can try and check if it works?
