well, baby tiragon isn't good at all, but youd best use level 1s that special summon themselves or other monsters to do it in one turn
like the lyrilusc or drytron decks
(or, on the budget side, stuff like dotscaper, slower swallow, turbo booster?)

you can also theoretically play defensive stall cards instead, like mirror force, swords of revealing light, or scrap iron scarecrow - stuff that prevents the opponent from attacking your monsters
that's unlikely to work in pvp but against an npc it might you probably shouldn't be bringing baby tiragon to pvp anyway though

3 months of 2018 to 9 months of 2019 was the 5ds world era

so counting from 2019, it took sherry 5 years and some months to be playable

On first glance, I don't think the DM stuff is a great mix with Red-eyes. Better to just cut it down to just 1 Dark Magician.

Would also do well to use the Red-eyes Arnament skill instead of LP Alpha.

Also think Swords of Revealing Light is not a good addition to the deck, so just take it out for something more impactful, like maybe enemy controller.

I'd also take out Mirror Force and Hallowed Barrier since battle traps are pretty outdated in this speed of the game.
