So to recapitulate:
Get 3 of the new odd eyes structure deck, and 2 of the old pendulum sd, this will cost $8 and 2000 gems
Summon 100 monsters, activate 100 spell/traps and buy a bundle for 750 gems, this will get you 300 box chips, get 3 cosmic cyclones with those, do note that you only hold 100 chips at once, so get a cyclone as soon as you get the chips
Go into the the Force of Infinity box and pull 1 Nobledragon Magician and 1 Odd-Eyes Meteorburst dragon
(Optional) Buy special bundles until you get Wisdom Eye(s), each bundle is 950 gems each, wisdom eye is essentially a 0-3 of, good card but conflicts with pend call
(Optional) Go into the the Galaxy of Photon box and pull 1 Abyss Dweller and 1 Steelswarm Roach (Good rank 4s)
(Optional) Go into the Future Circuit box and pull 2 Kozmoll Dark Lady (Box has knightmares, even if you dont want to use lady you will probably open this box anyway)
(Optional) Go into the Stars of Synchro box and pull 1 Trishula, Zero Dragon of the Ice Barrier
-(Optional) Go into the Heart of Xyz box and pull 1 Big Eye
(Optional) Go into the Raider's Requiem box and pull 1 Timebreaker Magician
(Optional) Go into the Fantastical Arc box and pull 1 Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum dragon
When you eventually get your dream tickets, use the UR ones to get Book of Moon (you could also get stuff like forbidden lance or warning point if you want, book has better use in other decks though), and use the SR ones to get Voloferniges, the Darkest Dragon Doomrider, and Ebon Illusion Magician
Odd-Eyes is a very flexible deck, you can ignore most of the optional cards i listed, but they are nice options to have, depends on personal taste, check dlm until you find a list you like (Orcust odd eyes is probably worth avoiding tho, next list is in 2 weeks and mermaid is most likely eating it)

like i'd said before, zexal was very battle-focused, yuma, shark, and kaito's aces effects all activate in the battle phase
