Two different cases mixed into one. One side wants to destroy the digimon market (Which takes a whole game feature permanently out) because digimon shouldn't be sold as they are sentient creatures. The other side wants to protect the digimon market (keeping the feature in) completely unaware that they are sentient creatures with the argument humans rely on them as tools to do the le epic hackermans.
The game forced me to pick a side (or "dont side with either", which still results in the destruction so may as well chose destroy the market for the rewards you get regardless of side).

At least temporarily to give them a bit more oomph, when I get the beast spirit I'll de-digivolve them back to their Agunimon/Lobomon forms, and digivolve them to their beast forms
