Where as Tatsunari Toad Rider can make himself and a frog you control get pseudo flying for attacking. Also Tatsunari gives you another theme to work into the deck. You can go all frogs sure that's fine, but Tatsu adds some enchantment synergy so now you can go "This is frog typal, but we also enchanting the frogs".

• in the command zone the hybrid mana is treated as "and" for the sake of color identity
• in the 99 it's treated as "or"

it's kinda hard to explain to a newer player but it does help designers actually use hybrid mana as intended
