SS Vegeta: very vanilla, very fundamentals heavy, and "out-cooled" by the other Vegeta forms

Videl has some very funky built-in guessing game thanks to her rekka
She has very strong pressure options
She has the "unique character trait" of having lower damage on all her normals (because she's a normal human being, or something), but her combo damage is standard
She also has a unique reflect mechanic, in that instead of reflecting, she dodges out of the way. It used to be pretty bad, but after buffs, it's a fine alternative
I personally find her a lot of fun
Her neutral, pressure, and combo structure all feel really good to me

Baseku A controls a ton of space, and can be combined with movement like dashblocking
