There's a lot of little things, but here's the big takeaway ~~right before I go to work~~
You lost a lot of ambiguity. After a 2L, you can do any of the other chainable normals *at any timing*, plus you can Dragon Rush, plus you can reset your chain and do another 5L, plus you can block/do nothing if you predict a reversal and punish. If you do 2L into 6H right away, you have two (sensible) options: canned true blockstring overhead and canned not-true-blockstring low. That's it. Your opponent only has to worry about two things, as opposed to a lot more than two things.
There's more to opening an opponent up than running as many 50-50s in a row as possible. Knowing the chain order is the first step, but a big part of practicing your pressure means learning how to be *ambiguous*. The other big part is being able to *listen* to your opponent when they're on defense and respond accordingly.

no extremely strong tools to "abuse" and/or cover up weaknesses

I'd personally rather you just play your team to get more comfortable
and instead focus on improving your fundamentals, even if you win fewer matches

hey, if you enjoy the team, go for it
SSJ Goku is traditionally seen as an anchor for a few key reasons.
One, he has some incredibly strong assists, so you want him in the back so you can call his assists.
Two, he has very high DHC damage, so you want him in the back so you can DHC into him to secure kills.
Three, he's somewhat meter hungry and doesn't build a lot of meter by himself, especially if you're doing his more basic combos. This makes him worse at the start of the match, since you have no meter.
I'd probably go Goku Black/SSJ Vegeta/SSJ Goku
or swap Vegeta and Goku depending on taste
