here's the hassle
As you may know, the gimmick of Wind is that its anomaly, Windswept, does not disappear when another anomaly is applied on top, nor does it disorder. Instead, it triggers a Vortex proc, and Windswept remains active.
This means that Ablooms procced against said Windswept are going to scale off Velina's stats, not the other DPS'.
The value of Fusion Compiler is that the bonus stats from its effect improve Promeia's Freeze/Shatter, which in turn improves Promeia's Ablooms... against her own Freeze/Shatter. This is how it remains competitive with Promeia sig.
But with Velina, the Ablooms are going to check Velina's stats, not Promeia's, so all those extra stats from Fusion Compiler are basically irrelevant when Ablooming against Windswept. However, the Abloom DMG% buffs from Promeia's sig and from her core (which improves with her sig) remain active, since they're directly buffing the Abloom itself.
Velina sig is very good, but they don't seem as pressing. Velina sig mainstat gives her more ER, which her core converts into DMG% and AM. The effect gives her 120 AP, the rest of the team 60 AP, and increased Vortex and Windswept DMG.
All those are very good, but they just smell less valuable.

Alice's EBA is coded to trigger the normal assault first, and then the polarity assault
so you always disorder
so switching off Alice's EBA means you're missing out on extra assault triggers
but staying on Alice is a time sink
so usually you want to run her with another Phys agent like Yuzuha
who you can switch to and then trigger the normal assault
and then Alice's EBA still triggers the polarity assault for the disorder
but you can't do anything like that with Astra
so I don't know why you're outperforming on her

Too often, a gacha ends with a character and that's kind of it. But we effectively get told "Sinclair character arc still" and Herman (mommy holy shit) is active so Gregor can have a goal.

Yeah limbus really benefits from focusing on such a limited cast cause they cant just cast a sinner to the wayside. They have to keep interacting with the story and keep growing and we cant just move on from them

She feels like a meaningful villain haunting the group thus far. I hope we get to confront her but I doubt that's her style which makes her a hard villain to interact with and that's fun.
