most of the top rankers i've seen are running maid mast with diesel, rather than rapi

specifically, teh comps look like this

x brid/moran/snow white heavy arms/x diesel/m mast
crown/little mermaid/rapi red hood/helm/privaty

the diesel team is very much so gapping the rapi team in team damage at teh top ranks

i would love to see the damage screens from their runs bc i have to assume a large part of that is that snow is a much more competent neutral attacker than helm or privaty

diesel also probably outdamages rapi with mast support, but i suspect snow is just that good

also as of whenever enikk last updated and as of when i last checked a few minutes ago, na top ranker is 33rd in the world right now

the storyline and how much it connected to Reverse Collapse was really cool to see esp as someone that's played enough of the game to get the connections

and how the game's story timeline is gradually forming to result in what happens in RC

great to see a lot of returning characters as well even as sprites and voices like ||AK-12, RPK, Ange|| , Kevin and mentions of others from GFL1 like Mona/SP9

the introduced characters in Chilnoveig, Orphie and Igla were pretty good, Igla especially

once the scene in ||the lab with Orphie, Chilno and Igla was happening, and Igla still trying to convince Orphie to continue w/Project Eden did I understand that she was tunnel visioned into protecting her from everything at all costs, and that she wasn't a bad person at the end||

||really sad to see Igla's fate after reading the extra logs you get from the side modes I really hope we can give her a happy end in the future||

Chilno was entertaining as hell tho, ontop of that they really did a good job of making her smug + absolutely insane enough to where I genuinely did wanna deck her in the face for her atrocities

oh yeah she played her role amazingly, the mad scientist who is clearly not mad and is perfectly sane and intelligent

||the scene with her taunting Helena about her origin + about killing the other 42 Helena clones was already proof enough tbh||

other standouts in the event were ||Alva's arc with accepting herself and her own flaws, coming to terms with Ange's departure and finally being at peace with herself and her inner struggles||, I found it extremely relatable and made me appreciate her character more, especially after I went back to GFL1 and read through her MOD story about being the prototype of the DEFY squad

she's easily shot up to one of my favourites of the franchise because of how relatable and grounded her inner conflict is

and ofc Voy stealing the show with half her lines/scenes

I'm excited to see where the story goes from here w/Helen and Phaetusa's event + Loreley and Cheyanne's event

the ones i can immediately tell you are not underage are anila, kumbhira, makura, payila, and indala

sandira is dubious since she's physically 13 but mentally 121 for plot reasons

andira, vikala, catura, and cidala are all obviously underage

and i don't immediately remember mahira or vajra's ages

mahira is 16 and vajra is 14, so if you treat under 18 as underage, then they both are

of the ones who are of age, from oldest to youngest it's payila (25), indala (23), makura (20), kumbhira (19), anila (18)

of the ones who are underage, it's mahira (16), catura (15), vajra and vikala (14), sandira <dubious> (13/121), cidala (12), andira (10)

as for "zodiacs with summer skins", it'd be faster to list the ones who don't have actual playable summer alts (yet, since zodiac anni event had a beach episode)

something occurs to me looking at these endscreens: it is very funny that all the damage/shielding/healing bars use the same scale despite shielding/healing always being so much smaller than damage

they should really redesign so each is on their own scale as a percentage of the team's total output for that type

instead of shield/heal always being invisible since they're several orders of magnitude smaller than damage

2. figure out proper timing and dealing with qte's during mihara's burst (bc she ostensibly is supposed to duck under cover)

if you need to shoot something, just quickly click out of cover repeatedly like you're alice spam shotting so your team shoots at it but mihara doesn't fire a bullet

(2) is easier said than done if you need to shoot something real bad like a QTE, though in this boss fight it's pretty straightforward since there isn't much to shoot

i think the last time i got a percentage around here i ended up having to rerun the next day (that is, after sleeping) to avoid falling out of the top 3%

hopefully that's not the case here

looks like i was in the 2.1% range last time, and i also finished about 1.5 hours earlier

that became 2.96% by the time i had woke up next morning and i ended up rerunning to make sure i stayed within the top 3%

guess we'll see where i'm at in the morning

i know i've got room for improvement on these runs so i'm confident i can push if necessary

i'd just rather not lol

would probably try to move x.brid to x.diesel team and use doro + x.soline in shotgun team, since that's a better overall setup but it requires much more careful management of diesel team due to losing mast as a healer
