Part of the issue is people constantly looking for every character to be insane at e0 in a 0-cycle environment, in every game mode

But she also is just kinda iffy and could be better. They did in fact use eidolons in the livestream showcase, and while she's got uses, the consensus seems to be that she's of lower priority than e1 for most of the non-Remembrance Chrysos Heirs

Still frees up a character slot in endgame though, like Cerydra

random observation: i was looking at the nayuta costume in-game and noticed it was part of a series i had never seen before, "awakening fate". i'm used to seeing stuff like "halcyon days" or "sunrise party"

turns out it's a series with only 3 skins in it: wu wei nayuta, naked king crown, and second affection modernia

guess it's their "lore power up" costume series lol

it does sorta reinforce the idea that making second affection modernia into a skin rather than an alt was a bad decision though

naked king and wu wei are temporary super power-ups for their characters

second affection is just... how modernia looks after her side story

like yeah maost is really really fucking good but kodya is ignorant

she can tank and be the main damage dealer and sometimes she'll just do like 300 damage without conditionals

absolutely insane rolls on her skills in negative coin version

and she has disgustingly good application in her positive skill form and allows u to easily overclock rime shank to go negative and apply a fuck ton of app too

basically, she doesnt really lose clashes, she does a fuck ton of damage, has a cap to her negative sanity to never dip below 40 by herself, lowers her own sanity even if winning clashes, or can become bulky as fuck in positive with a ton of sinking ap

theres really no flaw here

i'd throw her in teams without sinking just cus she is that good

hanafuda ishmael is also somewhat in the department of "maybe im not the greatest applicator for my status(es)" but her damage is pretty fucking nice too

not nearly as tanky tho

oh shit right for hanafuda ish... egos will make her life easier to enable her burst damage

fortunately she has snagharpoon base, but if u can, grab capote, just to be safe

christmas nightmare is technically optimal, but tidal elegy is great and also a gloom ego which she does need for her gimmick since her s3 is the only gloom skill she has so it makes fueling the deck right harder

fort, snagharpoon helps, but you sometimes dont draw the next needed color, so it helps to have capote and tidal is just good so theres that
