Its the wrong track material, wrong distance, and you need a very different stat spread to get her to win it compared to her other races

Its doable, but its designed to be impossible to show that even when shes in the firsr quarter of a track while the other horses are finishes with the race, shes still indomitable and shes genuinely happy to be on the track in any way shape or form

hyperspeed

or no speed

hyperspeed would be going hp/speed/hp/energy

in an attempt to get her to take as many turns and use dance x3 to have tribbie work like a team-wide bronya with okay personal damage

the other, more traditional way, would be building her for no speed. hp/hp/hp/hp

focusing on min-maxing her damage

if you go for max speed she'll want eagle set and energy planar

personally, general purpose, i'd build her as a dps? she is legit really damn powerful

but getting to passively farm for speed tribbie is not bad

annoyingly, both sets have incredible utility for teams

dps buffer takes massive advantage of 2x support like tribbie + ruan mei for instance

and then aa tribbie will action advance 2 dps characters faster than bronya/sparkle/sunday

and both have big arguments for herta for instance

phainon wouldnt care for aa tribbie for most cases

but blade, jingliu, and mydei would not care too much for dps tribbie

while caesar as a character is absolute wife material, some real "born to shoujo forced to shonen" stuff

in terms of using her for average gameplay she's probably the most fire and forget support in the entire game

and as such is pretty boring

also, in her capacity as a support she doesn't really feel like anyone's BIS? she is generically quite good but it feels like every optimized comp uses some other support (astra, nicole, lucy, soukaku, rina...)

what you should probably know is that any trial mission with her will not be set up in a way that's representative of how she actually ends up being used

since how she's used in 99% of endgame comps is "press EX if shield is not up, then switch off"

usually based on where your supports go

a support that triggers quick assists that go forward (nicole, lucy, soukaku, etc) should usually be in front of your main DPS agent

similarly, supports that trigger quick assists backward (seth, pan yinhu) should be after your main DPS agent in the team order

if you haven't already, bind the button to switch backwards so you can parry/switch backwards too

i am definitely not the right person to ask because i legit just unga bunga 99% of the time

you can get a lot of mileage out of min-maxing when your anomalies/disorders (what happens when you apply multiple anomalies simultaneously) at the right time

but i've never had issues clearing content by just facerolling and dealing with whatever triggers naturally happen lol

the very, very TL;DR is that elemental damage (ether, ice, fire, electric, physical) builds the anomaly gauge on enemies, and when the anomaly gauge hits max it triggers an additional effect based on the type

physical - assault, just does one big burst of damage, enemy takes more daze for 10sec
electric - shock, enemy takes additional electric damage when attacked for 10sec
ether - corruption, enemy takes additional ether damage when attacked for 10sec
fire - burn, enemy takes continuous DoT for 10 sec
ice - freeze, stuns the enemy, then shatters after a bit for a burst of damage. also increases crit damage they take for 10sec

applying another anomaly on top of an existing one triggers disorder, which rolls the existing anomaly's damage into a new one for a big burst of extra damage and daze, but also ends the existing anomaly effect

triggering an anomaly/disorder also tends to briefly stagger enemies that are weak to that element's anomaly so they stop doing stuff for a few seconds

there's a whole lot of intricacy to how anomaly damage is calculated and how you can snapshot its damage for Big Fucking Deeps but idk any of that shit
