but its still insane to me that decision

ig they were expecting the game to flop and the franchise to end there

MAP event is kinda slow, you’re deliberately gated from being able to accomplish too much in a single sitting rn, but it’s a fun twist on things that encourages you to mess around with different team comps without being so difficult that early/middle progression players can’t enjoy it

saw a lot of people complaining about how high ether levels in the new branch of hollow zero were like impossible with miyabi but i cleared it comfortably w/ yanagi+astra

the boss has ice resistance so i can see why people had issues

but yanagi's hollow zero power ups are actually so cracked lol

so she ends up just going ballistic by the last boss if built right

also the ult resonia+gear continues to just be 100000000000% better than other options

being able to spam ults trivializes basically any fight since you're perma iframed and constantly stunlocking

after some more ZZZ testing and further research, i'm like 99% sure my frame hitches are associated with items being added to my inventory

the temple crafting minigame exacerbated this due to the constant inventory adding

but it also becomes very apparent when i kill shit in the new hollow exploration mode, since that adds dennies, XP items, etc when you finish killing a group of mobs

and i always get a very noticeable frame hitch at the end of killing those packs, probably for that reason

same with the bangboo marcel maze mode, very noticeable frame drops when i pick up dennies

the most expensive paid package (listed price 79.99) has a total of 167 quartz

so before tax, you're looking at around 160 bucks for 334 quartz

which is they can't be used on any current rate-up banner

they're only usable on the new "selective" banner where you can choose a rate-up costume from the standard pool

but that's more of a sidegrade than a downgrade, since there are a lot of very good costumes on the standard pool worth pulling too
