Beast-class servants do actually have a qualification to be summoned to fight for humanity because they do inherently love humanity. Only one Beast (normally) can be summoned as a Beast-class. The rest fall into non-beast classes. Often Alter Ego.
But we have Assassins, Berserkers, Foreigners, Avengers as well as possible class chassis for what would be traditionally a Beast aiding humanity

sesta comp can't kill isuka in time, at least not the one i'm using
she has several stoppers in phase 1, then fully heals herself and sets permanent 50% damage barrier (and she has like 120b hp so phase 2 effectively has 240b hp unless you're using barrier pierce, which is hard to access in wind)
and she has a 1% stopper in phase 2
and you have to navigate all of that and kill within 10 turns for full pledges
...so of course some madlad decided to do it with aldo as, azami ns, and necoco es lmao

At base, rupture is just sinking without the downside (read: it works aginst enemies with sanity)
Its a debuff that makes it so every coin that hits deals an additional amount of damage that ignores resistances. Rupture is faster than burn, more consistent (and faster) than bleed and easier than tremor
Usually you trigger this fixed damage anywhere from ~9-16 times per turn and after the first few turns itll be atleast 50 damage per proc if youre doing alright
and this is just the baseline, with recent additions rupture finally received the privileges all the other archetypes got and now we can do even more things based on rupture
the deathrites uphold the rupture count more easily, deal more damage, and inflict debuffs so the fights get even easier
the new faust is also essentially manager don for rupture so thats fun.
As for team compositions, you want each unit to be either count neutral or positive (meaning that they apply as much rupture count as they have coins so that you never drop the stack) as such, its quite sub optimal to play non rupture units.
Almost all the the sinners have atleast one competent id but you mostly want the heishous for gregor, outis, fasut and ryoshu and then either heishou or devyat for rodion.
The 6th id is usually lantern don, far as i know.
If youre running devyat rodya you need to swap her out at some point, and you probably want cinq meursault for that.
sinclair is usually benched as red talisman cause his passive is just so goated, but technically you can run his devyat id aswell
other, more low power options are seven association yi sang and heathcliff as well as k corp hong lu(tho his role is a tank and he doesnt really have any count application outside of ego)
lccb ishmael used be used for railway cause her skill 3 is insane but you dont use her anymore
