- make the full burst window longer so CDR isn't as necessary (this is what bunny soda does and makes CDR surplus to requirement in shotgun teams)
to my knowledge though we don't have a b1 that does the latter of those options

The in game notification is now confirming several excellent bits of news:
Road to Villain event: Login event with opportunity to get 3 Drakes. If you have Drake already this is essentially a 2nd free MLB on top of Mori, and if not you can buy spare Drakes in the silver ticket shop.
Simulation/Overclock: increased rewards, which should pair well with the increased number of full burst events on the weekends.
Daily and weekly mission set: increased rewards
Challenge mode will let you get AT LEAST one more Anniversary Nikke Selection Box than the login event, so in addition to an MLB Mori waifu collectors should also be able to grab a Rei or Kilo if they missed them previously.
This seems in line with the "Future of Nikke" section in the livestream where the devs said they wanted to increase the amount of development currency going forward. All of the above appears to be part of the free segments of the events and things like the Simulation Room and Mission Rewards appear to be permanent.

and the challenge stage syncs you to 400 anyway so no need for device usage
