tldr on gimmick: he ends the stun window early cashing in on the damage all at once and then reapplies some daze. has off field damage and app to work with stunners
depending on the numbers this could be a little op lol
lighter and lycaon are already quite good
lighter in particular wants a lot of field time
which hugo gladly gives to pay off the stun very fast
and as predicted, she is the jane sub dps basically
though reading her a bit, she will want some field time kind of like burnice so she fits yanagi better

there are long parts of the stage when alteisen is "far away" or the camera is panning and it's largely offscreen where the game doesn't register alteisen as an enemy to shoot at
you can see this in normal stages too sometimes, as raptures move toward the center of the field there's a sizeable area along the edges of the screen where nikkes won't auto shoot at them
you need to be in full burst and aiming manually to override their janky logic that prevents them from shooting at enemies on the edge of the screen

put simply: when it's about to be firin its lazor, you can look at your 5 nikkes' stats at the bottom of the screen, the one it's targeting with the laser will have a red crosshair on them
put that nikke into cover so she doesn't get hit by the laser
this one trick has reduced my party damage by about a billion percent
because if the laser hits, it gives the boss a buff that increases the damage done by its party AoE attack (which usually follows its laser attack)
and the AoE attack hits like a truck with that buff, but is honestly quite manageable without
and if the laser doesn't hit, it won't have that buff
