getting LBs for the stat gains on base privaty isn't as important as for other attackers like ein, since despite being an attacker she's actually more useful for her buffs, not her personal DPS
wishlisting jackal for PvP is worthwhile, even if you don't really try in PvP, she's literally the best PvP unit in the game and that's worth having, if only so you have to think about compositions less since you can just go "welp i'm definitely using jackal+scarlet somewhere" lol

evelyn probably has my favorite design in the game so far
astra is the first limited support though and almost guaranteed to be cracked
(and she's also a qt)

what i can read is:
skill 1 -
- if you have no B1 in your party (either if you started that way, or if your B1 dies), then she becomes a B1 (she's B3 by default)
- if she's currently a B1, then this skill gives squad damage buff and CDR
- if you have another B1 and she's B3, this skill just gives her a huge self ATK buff (nearly double) on full burst (note: she gets this buff even if she's not the one using B3)
skill 2 -
- she gets element advantage against electric code (she's fire code so she also has it against wind, basically she has two elemental advantages which is awesome)
- every 120 attacks (at 60 fps that's every 2 sec) she fires an extra projectile at the enemy that deals damage and "attaches" to it. attached projectiles detonate for extra damage on full burst (again, even if she's not the one bursting)
burst -
- if used as B1, she halves her CD to 20sec like normal B1 nikkes, so she'll always have B1 available, and gives the squad an ATK buff
- if used as B3, she nukes the enemy you're aiming at and causes all active attached projectiles from her S2 to explode, and newly attached projectiles activated during burst to explode immediately
TL;DR: she's either better liter as a B1, or nutty damage as B3. impossible to know her true B3 damage without testing but i think we'd all be very surprised if they don't turn out to be insane
the attaching projectiles "minigame" seems like she'll benefit from manual play a lot since you can attach to a bunch of different enemies and then detonate them all for a pseudo-screenwipe
but she only attaches one every 2 sec, not sure how many non-boss enemies really live long enough to get multiple attachments going for a burst nuke

miyabi+yanagi rotations are so much fun oml
the pain from spending so much on miyabi and her sig is washed away with the neuron activation of triggering like 3m anomaly+disorder damage in a one second span
miyabi really do be out here trivializing the game honestly
and it's not even just her damage (though that is a big part)
it's that she and her team trigger so many anomalies that they constantly stagger boss enemies
feels like i regularly go 5-10 seconds with the boss legitimately being stunlocked by anomaly shit
and failing that, the anomaly/disorder triggers mean decibels keep flooding in so ults are up constantly too to add to the stunlock
i did the bringer deadly assault and i think from the time i hit the 14k threshold to when i ended at like 32k, the boss attacked me maybe a single time
