yeah to my knowledge there's no in-game tutorial on those
they are reasonably straightforward though
co-op is: queue up, get matched with 4 other people, choose your fighter (you are one of the 5 members of a standard nikke squad), then fight boss
you don't need to (and can't actually) beat the boss in co-op, you just need to do enough damage to it to complete all the stages to get essentially max rewards
typically so long as 1 of your 5 members has a highly invested DPS nikke, it'll be a cakewalk
solo raid is: fight the same boss at up to 8 levels of difficulty, with rewards along the way as you beat each level
you can field up to 5 squads to beat the boss, boss health is persistent across fights at the same level so if you don't kill the boss in one try you have 4 others starting at whatever health you left the boss at, but you can't re-use the same nikkes twice
union raid is basically the same as solo raid except you have 3 squads, not 5, and you cycle through 5 bosses of increasing difficulty rather than the same one. also you share boss HP with the rest of your union, who will be fighting/killing the boss too

while you're underleveled it's best to just pick a support like liter and let everyone else do whatever they're gonna do
99% of the time you'll get one guy with insane DPS who just steamrolls to the last boss stage where rewards increase
at that point it's usually best to fail one of the red ring events and just let a party wipe happen to save time
you can technically get increased rewards for getting a top rank in damage done, but that requires a premade and highly leveled/geared party of 5. it's not worth chasing with randos

grave can be swapped to marciana if healing is needed, and flex can be centi for quick burst gen or someone like privaty just for damage buffs
getting red hood also indirectly makes grave way stronger since red hood has perma-pierce which grave buffs massively
on that note, you prolly don't need centi anymore for quick burst gen because red hood can serve the same role

i could probably comfortably clear c30 with slight deficits near the end, and i'd bet i could get through at least c31 afterward under progressively larger but still reasonable deficits
but i think the newest chapter is c34? so i'm likely a fair bit away from that and i've been playing for 8 or so months
so the main story has a pretty significant time gate associated with it
just an unfortunate arrangement for a game where the story is arguably one of the highlights
ofc nikke has plenty to keep you occupied with regular events and whatnot, and there's something to be said for steady but slow and predictable progression so you can spread out your playtime
i like new content drops for my games as much as any guy but the sudden expanded checklist of things to do can really throw off the daily rhythm of playing your average gacha game lol

i'd assume some combination of benimaru/milim/shion/hinata/chloe/diablo, depending on how far into the series they want to go
as a shuna fan, it'd be nice to see her, but it's probably not gonna happen

all that said, i like the series, but i do kinda hope this event plays out such that they don't do this shit again
