once its removed, its gone until the next time they get normally broken again

• one banner with new tempesta on rate-up + old tempestas available, but not on rate-up
• one banner with old tempestas on rate-up
• whydah is shop/drop/banner ship, mary celeste also in shop
• dolphin is free from event path

nothing too big

but basically lighter's deal will be the on-fielder for the team with a focus on stunning like all stunners but he actually spends a lot of that stun potential on dps

right now, lighter's changes basically had most of his normal damage on his chain damage went down by 7%

the trade off is that his ult uhh

his ult dmg + stun multipliers shot up through the fucking roof for no reason

went from 2773.2% dmg on ult to 3016.1%

and the daze mult on ult went from 1319% to 1421.5%

full trade off is his 5th hit dmg and daze both took nerfs/adjustments

dmg on the initial 5th hit went up 10% but down on the finisher by 74%

and raw daze nerfs on his 5th hit

there definitely is, and as a matter of fact nikke endgame gets surprisingly complex because you have to field 5 parties of 5 nikkes each (so 25 units) for the raid content

still, it does mean there's a pretty active endgame meta analysis community

ik genshin loves their solo/speedrun community

solos don't really exist in nikke because there's a "burst" mechanic that ascends through 3 levels, and each nikke can only do one level at a time (aside from one single exception, who can only do any level once per fight)

basically means you need minimum 3 nikkes in a team

the closest analogue to that in nikke is just trying to clear campaign stages at the lowest party combat power possible

since like any gacha game, there are ramping penalties for being below combat power/level on stages

they're also adding a permanent 100 pull pity to the standard banner where you can choose between 3 nikkes (liter, naga, alice), and this repeats up to 6 times

which is extremely good for new players, especially since all 3 of those nikkes are very good (liter in particular is good for newbies since the other two need more investment)

there's a lot i can throw out about how progression and shit works but i'll save that for if you actually start playing

as a sales pitch, i'll emphasize that nikke is lots of horny + story and character-focused first, gameplay second. its gameplay is a pretty straightforward rail shooter style, and it's really nothing to write home about (at least until endgame spices things up), so if you value engaging gameplay rather than being on auto 99% of the time, it might not be the game for you

make sure you read at least the main story, because the world/plot/characters of nikke are genuinely the best part about it

but it does seem to at least be a prequel, so doesn't really rely on main story (campaign) knowledge. with any luck it'll function well as a standalone but idk enough about it
