racking up a ton of damage
paired with sokaku for the atk buff or nicole for the def shred
he can rip through bosses super well
hes less good vs large groups of enemies but as u get into fighting bosses, anton will wreck
he also has a few infinite combos
where u are in permanent drill uptime and enemies can be permanently stunned
but i believe u need mindscapes and some godly play for that

90% of the time, the answer will be yes
basically just assume if they are an attack agent, they will want a stunner and anby is the best choice
the only thing she somewhat lacks are consistent i-frames that lycaon and koleda have but they stun slower than anby does without setup
the current s-rank agent stunners are all worse stunners than anby but their trade off is some sort of additional buff or niche
qingyi has great damage and i-frames
koleda has incredible parries and stun uptime due to her chain attack and skill
lycaon has good i-frames and an ice focus niche which boosts his damage and sokaku and ellen
but anby stuns better than all of them and has a lot of energy regen and her mindscapes unlock more damage
