Unless you have a favorite character in mind, the recommended best use of this ticket is to use it on a seasonal character due to their limited availability compared to grands, which can be sparked every month. Of course, if you somehow manage to own every relevant seasonal (wait, why are you in this channel then), picking a weapon for your grid is the next best option.
Here are the main standout seasonals that you should consider picking:
Yukata Ilsa - Still as great as she was last year. Read previous writeup by Sphere for more info.
Yukata Vania - Wind's new shiny premier attacker and buffer all rolled into one cute and funny package. Guaranteed triples, 20% self echo, 20% amplify, self 1T assassin, delay, undispellable and that's just her own steroids. Also gives teamwide 20% echo, 15% cap up, 50% TA, drain and debuff resistance, with a Can't Act panic button on her sk3. If you want human rights in wind, she is a must have. Currently bugged where if you overcap damage cap, her assassin is only one hit. This currently affects everything with assassin, Cygames pls
Halloween Florence/Halloween Mugen - Florence still has good relevance due to her incredible synergy with light Relic Buster burst setups that can allow even weaker light grids to do some good damage. With the free Superlative Weapon ticket that we will be getting soon, Light Excalibur is a strong pick and one of the few remaining 100gm weapons that are still relevant due to Florence setups. Mugen still remains light's best buffer along with Nehan. Either one of these picks will likely help you out greatly if you plan to participate in the upcoming light guild war in April.
If you already have these seasonals or have a specific niche/need to fill, here are some other seasonals worth considering:
Fire
Yukata Nezha - great 0b attacker for fire setups and is commonly used as a substitute for grand zeta in bhl setups
Christmas Noa - extremely valuable utility for high difficulty fire content
Christmas Cain - used in nm95/150 fire guild wars, also provides backline dispel cancel
Summer Medusa - strong utility for fire in high difficulty content
Summer Belial (summon) - enables very easy OTK setups and has a very strong call when you need him as a substitute for lacking echoes, although you will be at the mercy of RNG
Summer Cerberus (summon) - essentially a better demonbream but for fire, while also providing dispel cancel and 3t jammed (only for very dedicated fire players)
Water
Summer Shalem - strong utility for high difficulty water content
Summer Lucio - important for Hraes setups but may be getting phased out soon
Christmas Catura - same as above but with more staying power due to the rarity of double strike compared to echo
Summer Tyra (summon) - used for minmaxed nm95/150 water strats (only for very dedicated water players)
Wind
Summer Aliza - used for fast siegfried strats and wind nm200 solos
Summer Korwa - former queen of enabling wind burst strats but is starting to be phased out by more modern tools
Halloween Lich - wind's best skill masher still, used in siegfriend/nm200
Earth
Summer Vikala - used for diaspora farming/1t wamdus blue chesting
Halloween Cucuroux - used for diaspora farming
Christmas Anthuria - used in earth guild wars burst setups due to giving MC double strike
Summer Mandrake - stackable debuffs, 3t strength and dispel cancel (only for very dedicated earth players)
Light
Christmas Illnott - used for agastia farming
Dark
Summer Meg - 0b attacker for dark Eresh setups, though phased out by Valentine's Cidala
Summer Sleepyhead - armored is always good and can remove the need for Fediel when farming (only for very dedicated dark players)

If you don't care about any of these seasonals and want to pick a grand,
Michael - The only primarch available to pick in this ticket. Fairly strong standalone kit that helps buff the team, with notable synergy with Wilnas to get him going. Most notable for her passive that gives a 20% aura boost to both magna and primal grids, effective from the backline. Her weapon is still core for primal and premium magna fire grids.
Percival - Percival is still part of the backbone for fire these days by being a strong self sufficient attacker who notably has tag team ready on turn 1, allowing fire to be insane burst element that it is. If you want human rights in fire, he's your guy.
Grands with Resonator weapons (Percival, Wamdus, Galleon, Charlotta) - Resonator (skill that grants ex atk, def, and special cap up if certain conditions are met) weapons are still part of the primal grid meta, though grid slots are getting competitive and grids may see the phasing out of the 3rd copy. These characters have decent kits at the very least as well.
