you should adjust your comps based on the map
that said, your current squad definitely lacks a vanguard
siege is your only one, and assuming she hasn't gotten anything groundbreaking in my hiatus, she's kinda average
would definitely want an additional vg to help with dp gen
myrtle is cheap if you have her, which given your investment into these units, you probably do
if you haven't beaten chapter 8 yet, amiya will be required to be made e2 to progress, so that's something else to consider

Ruler Skadi doesn't significantly change the meta to make Quick better than either but it does give value to some Quick DPS but even still. Melusine being able to Arts ST loop, Buster AoE farm, and being able to crit DPS for either with 130% battery is significant for being near must-have
