For example, Kiara modified her saint graph to be a moon cancer

FGO normally offers some kind of explanation as to why characters are summoned as servants
For collab servants, that happens through their event. Arcueid is a collab servant who was not introduced in an event
None of her voice lines or bond lines offer much in the way of explanation as to why she is summoned (or even able to be summoned), and there is no expanded profile that has been released for her yet- the latest FGO Profiles book only goes up to LB6
