her 1 is a partywide 30% battery and 20% atk buff, her 2 is a targetable 20% battery and partywide np gen buff, her 3 is a targetable 50% arts buff and invincible, and her np raises atk based on np level, clears debuffs, and applies anti-enforcement defense stacks based on overcharge
anti-enforcement defense can't be pierced by sure hit or ignore invincible
which is as useful as it sounds
even ignoring the arts component on her 3 she's still probably the best generalist battery support
yes, she's better than waver in the general case

part 2 of the story, after you're finished with camelot/babylon/solomon, is the lostbelt arc
there are 7 lostbelts, india is the fourth and greece the fifth
so your alternative would be to purchase them with pure prisms, which i think you can do?
i would hope they're in the pure prism shop at any rate
and for what it's worth double castoria is so absurdly overkill for where you're at in the game that it's not even funny
like vlad/double castoria would trivialize every part 1 boss bar none
you could just do standard workarounds for the final boss of part 1
and then your choice of an aoe arts attacker plus double castoria deals with those fights too
but you don't get that option, and that's probably not a bad thing
mindlessly killing everything with vlad and double castoria is not a good way to actually learn game mechanics
instead you can vlad/castoria/your choice
if you have your own waver, you can even use him
it won't be as broken as 2x castoria but yo ustill get the battery support
you also get a couple other neat things from waver that castoria doesn't have
crit buff, def buff, and some nice debuffs on his np

tamamo is also still good
one big thing she got is an np strength buff on her 1
that's something castoria can't do
tamamo can also heal, which is good in longer fights where you know you'll be taking hits and can't burst it down fast enough
and of course she has her cooldown reduction shenanigans
there are also even cases where she can be useful to burst
for context, i just took down the last boss of avalon part 2 using a tamamo support to help push damage
so basically, in lostbelt 6, the game knows how stupid double castoria is
so in just about every fight that matters, you're limited to only using the story support castoria lol

for reference my comp for him typically runs 2x castoria, umu bride, and waver
if you only care about np gain, umu is replaceable by paracelsus but you'll be losing a bit of damage and battery in exchange
