My guess for why they suggest Serval for Svarog is that both Svarog and the weird capture hands are weak to lightning iirc

And Servals ult maybe breaks the hand instantly? Not 100% on that one

Tingyun actually puts out pretty damn good damage imo, she just has to buff Seele every few turns.

She's currently my second highest atk character.

It seems to not deal all that much damage, doesn't open up weaknesses, and doesn't even skip a turn.

Quantums break effect has the highest DoT damage (tied with wind)

But unlike wind also provides a turn-delay

Not quite as good as the one Imaginary has, but still quite good

It has a lower immediate burst but thats honestly fine

Also every time you attack an entangled enemy (the quantum effect) I think it ups the damage of the DoT

So hypothetically you could do a quantum break, hit them with a slow or even imprison from welt, then keep hitting them with Seeles fast attacks and your allies and stack that damage up nicely

I've actually started hitting some fun numbers with him if I use him with a lot of debuffers

especially in longer fights where you get a lot of debuffs to stack

She actually trivialises the fight if you get the right blessings

Like at the end I had only Clara standing and she won the fight just with the counters

It helps, but mine had rubbish gear back then

The main blessing you want 100% is restoring 10% hp on counterattack (which can be upgraded to 15%)

After that just take any damage ones really

Theres also a good destruction blessing that heals you when youre hit, but getting both is ... inconsistent

Apparently the blessings are "Doctor of Love" for Elation, which is a common, and "Disciplinary Flicker" for Destruction, a rare
