Skill wise I give the sharp boost to MC, set field with zhal, and then go auto

the fact you're on full auto is gimping you bc game doesn't click blitz raid on full auto
for the 1 turn burst, florence 1 goes on mc, nehan 1 and 3 (2 if you want the ta on the final set of attacks but you can omit it to save a button), zahl 3 (and maybe her 2? depends on if you need the extra damage), mc 1, potentially miserable mist if you need the extra damage, click blitz raid 3 times, then attack, making sure auto ca is turned off
ideally you're also using a boosting summon here
