it doesn't always go off properly but when you time it right it's a fantastic nuke
also once she gets to E2 she's better than some defenders

five star and four star operators don't get a third skill, just extra passives for e2. In regards to Texas, iirc she just grants you an extra DP at the start of the stage
Surtr's third skill is what earned her a proper position in my roster (where I already had Silverash and Radiant Nearl by the time I began working on her)
I don't know a lot about Mudrock, but iirc she has some of her passive upgrades locked behind e2- and those help her tank better
