just remember she can't be healed by healing skills, you need to rely on her own kit and passives to heal her
where you're at in the game, it's probably not a big deal, but eventually, they will start throwing harder maps at you
anyway, let's see...
start leveling up a couple casters, i'd recommend amiya and steward for single target
most of your e1 ops are physical damage, which will bite you when you start coming across higher defense enemies
gitano or lava are fine for aoe if you need that
angelina and gnosis are fine for arts as well, but they probably aren't gonna do as much st damage, so it helps to have some dedicated casters prepared
also (story spoilers) ||you need amiya e2 for the end of chapter 8, so remember to keep that in mind||

you should also get cliffheart from new player logins soon if you haven't already, she's fine as a puller
rope is cheaper to build for general pulling purposes, though, and gladiia is in the under tides rerun
note about gladiia: she's a puller, yes, but she can function pretty well as a pseudo-guard with her s2
cheaper to deploy than the usual ranged guard in exchange for slightly worse range off-skill, and she has a pretty good passive that lets her sustain easier
strongly recommend getting her and her tokens, no need to rush her to e2 or anything ,but definitely worth using even in general non-pulling contexts

Power of friendship happens and the main character becomes an existence not dependent on time or space... Or even existence itself (literally survived being erased on the conceptual level), eventually they beat him and remake reality to accommodate people's dreams||

You should be totally fine on that front. This year's Christmas doesn't need anything more than Final Singularity (and that's just for the Challenge Quest), same with Akihabara Explosion (the Galatea tower event early next year)

Arknights friend of mine was super struggling with 3-8 and we couldnt quite follow kyostin's units because he was low on mats
somehow I tried to emulate the setup as best as I can and borrowed a dusk, we pulled through
dusk-san....

kyo's guides are bare minimum
and i strongly advise not leveling up units just to follow them
4* or above are gonna do a lot better than a bunch of the 3* he tends to suggest
in terms of the 3* i'd recommend kroos, midnight, and cardigan, the rest are totally replaceable with units who aren't that hard to pull

i'm just saying people at this stage of the game might go and full level all their 3* before touching their higher rarity units, bc they follow kyo's guides
which severely hampers your progress
kyo's guides are bare minimum, easiest and lowest rarity units, so people can make substitutes as needed
i will say that later on, there might be some 3* worth leveling up if you want to improve their base skills, bu tthat's not a priority at all
esp since there are plenty of 4* with good base skills at e1
so you'd work on them if you have the extra resources and have your core units in a good spot
